Francis Malooly, D.D., the Bishop of the Diocese of Wilmington, on March 13, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 455 Bow Street, Elkton, Maryland with a reception to follow at at Mount Aviat Academy.
